To produce a mixed-use scheme on a rectangular shaped site with critical road junctions linking the mostly residential areas of Lekki, Lagos- State to the Lagos- Epe expressway along which are lined several commercial developments. Also an existing canal splits the site into two unequal sides.
The design consists of;
A design that not only meet the design brief of the client but also acts as a catalyst for future developments around the surrounding areas due to its function as a meeting point for the residents and office workers in the vicinity of Lagos- Epe expressway.
