To design a five bedroom Town house for the Landlord/ Client on Ground and two floors to the front of a 1000m² site and 3 x 3 bedroom flats to the rear with separate access and ample parking for the residents.
A honest building that not only meet the client’s brief but also that of the local planning authority on a very tight site. Using readily available building materials of hollow section concrete blocks and cement plaster painted white, the building is very cost effective yet elegant.
